FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You might still be wondering about this

It’s perfectly understandable if you’d like to learn more about my coaching services first. Below, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about coaching, introductory sessions, and the integration of psychedelic experiences.

Getting to Know Each Other and Coaching

Is an introductory meeting nonbinding?

+

Yes. During the introductory session, we’ll briefly discuss the challenges you’re facing, what you’re hoping to achieve, and whether my approach to coaching is a good fit for you. After that, you can take your time to decide if you’d like to move forward.

Do I need to know exactly what kind of help I need in advance?

+

No. It’s enough if you realize you’re stuck in a rut or that you want to make a change. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on and figure out what the right first step is.

What does a coaching program look like?

+

A program is tailored to your specific needs and personal growth. We combine conversation and reflection—where appropriate—with body awareness, finding meaning, and practical steps in daily life.

Is your counseling the same as psychological treatment?

+

No. My guidance is coaching and does not replace medical, psychiatric, or specialized psychological treatment. If other forms of support are more appropriate, I will discuss that openly with you.

Do I need to be interested in spirituality?

+

No. There’s room for intuition, symbolism, meaning, and spirituality if that resonates with you. You decide which language and perspective are helpful for your process.

Integration of Psychedelics

What does the integration of psychedelics mean?

+

Integration means exploring what a psychedelic experience means to you and how you can apply those insights to your daily life, relationships, choices, and actions.

When can integration counseling be helpful?

+

This can happen when an experience has made a strong impression, raised questions, or provided valuable insights that you want to better understand and internalize.

Do you also provide guidance during a psychedelic experience?

+

No. I provide support to people after a psychedelic experience. I do not organize ceremonies or psychedelic sessions, nor do I supply or sell any substances.

Does it matter through what medium the experience took place?

+

The counseling focuses not on the substance itself, but on your experience and what it has set in motion. This could involve, for example, an experience with psilocybin, magic mushrooms, MDMA, ayahuasca, or LSD.

Do you offer advice on medications or dosages?

+

No. I do not offer advice on choosing, obtaining, or dosing psychedelic substances.
