Psychedelic Integration Support
The experience is not the end goal
A psychedelic experience (under supervision) can set a lot of things in motion. However, the experience itself is not the same as lasting change. Integration is the process in which you explore what you’ve experienced, what it means to you, and how those insights can be incorporated into your daily life.

Guidance on Psychedelic Integration:
From Experience to Meaning
In my counseling, the focus isn’t on the experience itself, but on what it means for your life right now. We explore how you can deepen and organize your insights and integrate them, step by step, into your relationships, work, and daily routines.
01. Experience
We’ll start with your experience: What did you see, feel, think, or understand during the session? Without judgment, we’ll make space for everything that has come to light.
02. Interpretation
Together, we’ll explore which themes, patterns, or questions emerge. What resonates with you the most? What does this say about where you are in your life right now?
03. Meaning
We’ll explore what this experience means for your relationships, work, self-image, and spiritual life. What inner shift does this require of you?
04. Trading
We translate insights into actionable steps. What can you start doing differently or practicing so that the experience truly takes effect in the here and now?
05. Anchoring
We explore how you can integrate new insights into your daily life. This leads to lasting change rather than a fleeting peak experience.
Silence as an anchor
Some experiences cannot be immediately put into words. Silence and simple meditation can help you reconnect with images, feelings, physical sensations, or key phrases that emerged during the experience as anchors or points of reference.
We use these moments not to relive the experience, but to explore what still requires attention and how you can incorporate this into your daily life.
Support Following Various Experiences
A psychedelic experience can result from a guided session, ceremony, or therapeutic process involving, for example, psilocybin, magic mushrooms, MDMA, ayahuasca, or LSD. The nature of the experience may vary, but afterward, similar questions may arise: What did I experience? What does this mean for me? And how can I integrate these insights into my daily life in a lasting way?
In psychedelic integration counseling, therefore, the focus is not on the substance itself, but on your experience and what it has set in motion. During the counseling sessions, we explore what requires attention and translate insights into meaning, choices, and action.
Possible forms of support
One-on-one integration meetings
For when you've completed one or a few guided sessions and need professional support in making sense of and integrating what you've experienced.
Integration Process
A process consisting of several sessions, spread out over a few weeks or months. We take the time to explore topics in depth and apply them step by step to your daily life.
In-depth guidance
For when a psychedelic experience has set broader themes in motion. The experience can be the starting point, but it doesn’t have to remain the central focus. We can continue to explore, for example, patterns, relationships, life choices, work, body awareness, meaning, and personal development.
